Penguins are in danger!

You may have heard that the Globe is getting warmer. Does it really happen? What will happen to us if the Earth gets warmer? What is its impact on penguins? What can we do to protect the Earth against climate change? What can we do to control the climate change?

UNEP Youth group

This site has been established to increase youth participation in environmental activities in all UNEP youth programs through cooperation and communication. The activities of the UNEP for the youth are as follows:

  1. It activates and establishes environmental organizations from around the world and promotes communication and bilateral cooperation between the governments and associations.
  2. UNEP highlights and profiles the work of youth environmental organizations, through events, web sites, newsletters, books, recognition of youth environmental work, and other appropriate means of youth-friendly media.
  3. UNEP also organizes, every two years, youth activities as part of the UNDP Governing Council Meetings, annual meetings for the YAC (Youth Advisory Council), Internet meetings and joint regional or global events.
  4. UNEP provides information and supports youth advisors and their organizations; to participate in youth environmental activities at all levels.

World Youth Organization on Climate Change

The goal of this site is to make students and youth aware of climate change and increase their participation in related issues in 66 countries.
